Terms and conditions

Unica Fashion Oy, with Business ID: 0990667-7 and located at Suvantokatu 7-9, 33100 Tampere, sells products to both businesses and individuals. These delivery terms are applicable to orders placed on our online store and similar deliveries. These delivery terms are effective from February 1, 2024. We reserve the right to unilaterally modify these terms periodically. Therefore, we recommend reviewing our delivery terms each time before placing orders on our online store. Please be aware that we may make unilateral changes to our delivery terms from time to time. We advise familiarizing yourself with the delivery terms in advance each time you place an order on our online store to stay informed about any updates and applicable conditions.

Products and prices

The features and prices of products in the online store are presented in connection with each product description. We reserve the right to make changes to prices and shipping costs, so please verify these details in your shopping cart before confirming the order. Product prices are displayed inclusive of value-added tax. For orders outside the EU, product prices will be updated as VAT-exempt in the shopping cart and at the checkout.

Outside the EU: 40€

Please note that for orders outside the EU, any potential customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Ordering and agreement

You can purchase products on our online store by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming the order, and completing the payment through the payment service. By placing an order on our online store, you are expected to have read and agreed to the current applicable delivery terms. You understand that your accepted and confirmed order forms a binding agreement between us, in accordance with these delivery terms, except as later specified regarding the right of withdrawal.

Payment and payment methods

Paytrail Oyj acts as the payment service provider in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be visible as the payee on your bank statement or credit card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we kindly ask you to first contact the product supplier.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Upon successful order placement, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please ensure that your email address is correctly entered. The order confirmation will also verify the payment method used. If, for any unexpected reason, we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.


For orders within Finland, Posti and Matkahuolto handle the delivery. 

For international orders, the delivery is managed by Posti.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, consumer customers have the right to cancel an order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Custom-made products, such as fabrics cut to specific measurements, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Notice of withdrawal must be clearly made to our email at info@unicafashion.fi or by providing a written notice accompanying the returned goods. The products being returned must be in their original packaging, unused, in a saleable condition, and securely packed for the return shipment. If the returned product has been used in violation of the buyer's statutory duty of care, the company reserves the right to charge for any depreciation up to the full price of the product, including return costs.

If the returned product was part of a promotion where a free item was offered at the time of purchase, this complimentary item must be returned in its original condition alongside the returned product. If the complimentary item is not returned, we will deduct its value from the refund for the returned product. In case of order cancellation, the merchandise must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice to the return address provided below. The returner may need to provide evidence, such as a return receipt, that the merchandise was returned within the specified period.

The return fee is 10€, which will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. When returning the delivered order, please include your name, contact information, and order number.

We will refund the amount you paid for the order according to the Consumer Protection Act to the original payment method you used when placing the order.

Failure to pick up the order without prior notification is not considered a product return. Customers should be mindful of the storage periods for packages at the pickup point. If a package is not collected within the specified storage period, it will be returned to the sender. A handling fee of 20€ will be charged for all unclaimed packages. 

Returns from outside of Finland: please first contact our customer service at info@unicafashion.fi, and we will provide detailed instructions for the return.


If you wish to exchange the product you ordered, you can return the item according to our online store's return instructions and then place a completely new order for the desired item. Alternatively, you can exchange the product directly at our store if the specific item is available. We recommend confirming the availability in advance. Please remember to bring along the shipment list that came with the original delivery.

Checking the Shipment, Errors, and Issues

Please inspect the delivery immediately upon receiving it. If the product is lost, damaged during transportation, does not correspond to your order, or is defective, kindly inform us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from receipt. Contact our Customer Service, and we will arrange how to rectify the issue. In consumer transactions, we adhere to the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding liability for defects.

Limitation of Liability

Unica Fashion Oy shall not be liable for any indirect or direct damages related to orders, deliveries, or products, unless specific provisions in mandatory consumer protection laws or other compelling legislation prescribe otherwise for the particular damage in question.


We aim to resolve any potential disputes related to your order through negotiations as a primary approach. Therefore, we kindly ask you to first contact our Customer Service to discuss the matter. If a dispute regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer advisory services of the magistrates (https://www.kkv.fi/en/consumer-affairs/consumer-advisory-services/).
