Paytrail Oyj acts as the payment service provider in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be visible as the payee on your bank statement or credit card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we kindly ask you to first contact the product supplier.

- Online banking: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, and S-Pankki.
- Card payments: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and American Express.
- Mobile payments: MobilePay, Pivo, and Siirto.

You can send and receive payments securely and smoothly online using PayPal. When you use PayPal, all your information is safe, and you will receive confirmation of every account transaction in your email. When you place an order, the amount will be debited from your PayPal account. No additional fees will be charged. Order and Payment Confirmation
