L: How did you find us?

A: Seven years ago, through shop window displays. I believe in brick-and-mortar stores, always have. I don’t use the internet.

L: That’s comforting to hear these days. We do have a lot of shop windows, and we try to keep them up to date. What products have you purchased from us?

A: The very first product was a black shirt with a big flower on the front. I wore it with a pencil skirt during my performances. I have some pictures of it. I’ve bought items from both the winter and summer collections.

L: I also remember a wool coat with a hood.

A: I bought that one right away when it came out.

L: How about the black coat with satin trims?

A: Yes, and then there was a turquoise knit tunic with floral decorations.
I have a rather interesting habit. I wear bamboo trousers. I have an old worn-out pair that I use as home pants. Then I have a better pair for going out. And when I want to dress up, I have a brand-new pair of trousers that I mix and match with different tops, depending on the occasion. So, I always have three pairs of bamboo trousers in rotation.

L: So, our trousers are a reliable choice for your different needs.

A: I don’t like wearing other trousers anymore - they’re usually uncomfortable.

L: Our trousers have an elastic waistband, which makes them easy to wear.

A: They’re cool in the summer and warm in the winter. As long as you exist, I’ll keep buying new ones from time to time.

L: The trousers are a fully domestic product. The bamboo viscose fabric is knitted by Orneule in Finland, and we manufacture them. Have you been satisfied with our products?

A: You wouldn’t come back if you weren’t satisfied. I’m very interested in that black velvet jacket with beautiful white patterns on the sleeves and hem. I’m considering buying it. And if there were ever a canary yellow long tunic, I’d buy that too.

L: So, something like lemon yellow?

A: Exactly. I’d buy one when summer comes.

L: We’re considering that, as Japanese customers are also asking for yellow. It’s not, however, a very popular color among Finns.

A: I’ve always been impressed by the pure colors in your designs. Many people prefer muted colors, which I don’t like. I love black and bright, bold colors.

L: So, what’s great about our products is the bright colors.

A: And the clean, simple shapes. I don’t like any small, fussy details. I like big, bold patterns. I’m a big woman, and I need something that stands out.

L: So, you find clothes that suit your style here.

A: Absolutely.

L: What do you think of our service?

A: The service is excellent because we start by considering how the product will suit me and then make adjustments if needed. If necessary, the product is even fitted. The service is very good. That’s quite rare these days.

L: One of our strengths is tailoring products to meet customers’ needs—with the right measurements and colors. That’s how we strive to stay afloat.

A: Many people nowadays buy cheap products from China and return them. It’s a terrible situation for the environment. Brick-and-mortar stores then go out of business because they’re not used. People will have themselves to blame when there’s nothing nice and sensible to wear anymore.

L: Thank you, Anneli, for your wonderful feedback!

A: Thank you, I’m happy to help!
